Introduction
The Alumni Association of MGM’s College of Computer Science and IT, Nanded, was registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 by the name MGM’s College of Computer Science and IT Alumni Association on July 20, 2023. The registration number of the alumni association is Nanded/0000267/2023. The Alumni Association possesses a PAN Card with the number AATAM184A. The association is constituted in accordance with government norms and comprises a nine-member Executive Committee, including all registered members. All students who have graduated from the college are eligible to register as members of the alumni association.
Objectives of the Alumni Association:
•To serve as a forum through which alumni may support academic excellence at the institution.
• To establish a strong bond with the alumni of the college and arrange various educational, social, and cultural activities.
• To encourage students to pursue higher education by organizing various career development and career opportunities programs.
• To act as a bridge between current students and alumni.
• To assist and support the raising of funds from alumni for the development of institute’s alma mater.
Activities of The Alumni Association:
Every year, Alumni Meet is organized to be share their experiences, expand the alumni network for the symbiotic benefits. The Training and Placement Cell continuously interacts with alumni for skill development and career guidance. The institute organized a guest lecture titled “Trends and Technologies” by its alumni for the current students. Active social networking groups have been formed for regular interaction with alumni.The Principal, Heads of Departments, and staff members of the institute are part of this group. All current updates and various activities are shared on this social networking group. The Alumni Association has raised funds to support their alma mater financially, if needed, through donations, sponsorship, and grants. We take pride in our alumni being placed in various national and multinational organizations worldwide, such as Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Jio, Sankey Solutions, Serum Institute of India, Bharat Biotech, and many more.
